1985 MG Metro 1300 Mk2.

My near mint 1985 MG Metro. This car had 1 owner for the 1st 18 years of it's life who never took it out in the rain. He kept a documented history of literally everything that was ever done to it even down to when a bulb was changed. He then sold it to it's 2nd owner in the Norwich area I belive in 2002 who wasn't allowed to collect it on the day of purchace due to the threat of rain. He then only got the car wet twice as it rained on his way home from two MG car shows.
I bought the car from him in September 2006 as he was moving to a smaller house & didn't have a garage to store itin. I always said that if a mint example of an MG Metro came along I would like to have it as I remember these from my early days of driving & they are good fun cars. I learnt to drive in a Metro (not an MG though).

I have a friend/customer who really wants this car to add to hs collection of about 30 cars as he has a mint black Mk1 MG Metro & wants my Mk2 to make a pair. I have said he can only have it when I find a suitable replacement whch must be either the same condition or better & have lower mileage & only one or two owners.
